7 – Reasonable Political Constraints

We are discovering that our Democratic/Republic has weaknesses that are making us vulnerable to attack from within by our enemies that have learned how to manipulate our government by using those weaknesses against us. It is not too late to react and correct those weaknesses now before our enemies are so well entrenched that it may take an ‘internal witch hunt’ to remove them.

First revisit immigration procedures as to why, when, and how new immigrants wishing to migrate to the United States are processed and evaluated before admitting them and then evaluated again before permitting them to become citizens. Make the fact that a person is an illegal immigrant the only reason necessary to deport that person. Make being an active participant in an anti-America activity a just cause for deportation. Use more strenuous constraints on student visas or discontinue them altogether. Let us educate our own Young American Citizens in our Prestigious Schools in place of foreigners that want to bring with them Unacceptable and anti-American ideologies.

The Federal Government has three branches: Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches and each branch has its own powers and responsibilities. All three of these branches of government have now begun to overstep the original intended limits and uses of their powers, and now there is emerging, in an organized manner by all three branches, their individual desires to dominate each of the other two branches.

It is time for our Congressmen and Senators to review our constitution and firm up its original intent of establishing a balance of power within our government structure, in order to prevent what is being attempted within our three branches of government at this very time in our history. Write into law a ‘List of Reasonable Political Constraints’ designed to better serve to reaffirm and establish the meaning and limits of the powers and responsibilities of each of the three branches of our government in relation to the ‘Separation of Powers’ for each branch.

This nation was originally conceived as a government to be ruled by the people. However, at that time in history very few people were well educated, or stated more correctly, only the ‘Rich and Powerful’ of that time were well educated. Therefore, when our constitution was written the ‘Rich and Powerful’ of the time left a few ambiguities in it, that only they would understand how to use, in order to manipulate and govern in the manner that ‘they as a dominate force of the time’ wanted to govern. Those ambiguities have now become our nations ‘Achilles heel’.

One of the first of their tools of manipulation was the advent and introduction into our governmental system of ‘Political Parties’. Political Parties are not called for in our constitution and today those two parties have made it almost impossible to run for a political office if you are not a member of one or the other of them. Political Parties are controlled solely by the ‘Rich and Powerful’ of today the same as they have been since their inception, and what we are seeing in The United States of today is nothing less than a ‘Power Struggle’ between our ‘Two Bi-Partisan Political Parties’ which have continued to become Richer and more Powerful, president after president, as we the ‘Silent Majority’ have permitted them to govern us in whatever manner that they chose without speaking out for Justice and Representation for All, not just ‘Representation for the Rich and the Powerful’.

Reasonable Political Constraints need to be imposed upon all three branches of our government. Our Government was never intended to be ran by unlimited power of ‘Executive Orders’ from the President; nor was it intended to be ran by unlimited power of ‘Bench Orders’ or ‘Judicial Decisions’ issued without observing ‘Due Process’ from our Judicial Branch, and it certainly was not intended to be ran by unlimited power of the ‘House and the Senate’ without the ‘Due Process’ of being reviewed by the President and the Judicial System’.

Once the ‘Reasonable Political Constraints List’ is written and passed into law by the House and the Senate, it should be passed on to the President for his review and signature, and the Judicial branch should review and approve new law; then something unique should be added: The Citizens of the United States need to be permitted to vote on the final passage of the law before it is finally adopted as an Amendment to our Constitution. The Citizens of the United States of America need to become included in our governmental process, not just governed by it through Political Parties.

How can our Representatives represent us if they never ask and therefore never hear about our concerns or points of view on a topic being put before them, before casting their vote on that topic. After the vote has been cast, they should let the citizens know how they voted and why they voted, in the manner that they voted ‘While Representing All of Us’, the citizens of the United States.

Reasonable Constraints must be made into law to control ‘Biased News Agencies’; preventing them from misleading our citizens and playing upon their emotions to the point of promoting insurgency and/or rebellion within our country. Sources of all news information must be evaluated and made public, before being aired as news instead of possible planted propaganda from a terrorist source.
